Celebrate Good Times C'mon!!
That's right party people! Things are looking on the up and up since last week's post. YAY!!!
Today's weigh-in meant a lot to me. No it isn't the anniversary of getting to Onderland, hitting goal or becoming Lifetime. It is the one-year anniversary of recommitting to my health.

Read MoreI saw this shirt on a girl running along the Charles River the other day! I wanted to steal it from her... then I figured if I wanted one that badly I could always buy my own.
Why did I like it so much? Because I HATE when folks put others down for their workout choices. I support folks doing WHATEVER they enjoy during as exercise.
Read MoreLast week kicked off with a 4.4 pound gain and some self-talk/motivation.

Later in the afternoon I asked for a dog washing appointment for my pup for tomorrow then corrected the girl when she said tomorrow was Friday. I said it would be Saturday.
Ummm can we still blame this confusion on Ragnar? I'm saying #VanBrain and going with it.
Since I feel all over the place this week, I figured Three Things Thursday should work the same way.
Let's Do This!

This space was to serve as a way for me to release the inner feelings I was carrying around and maybe help some other people going through similar situations: eating disorders, depression, weight loss and more.
