After the Frozen 5k, I was PUMPED for the Enchanted 10k. With the wife running as well, we were at the busses with plenty of time to spare. Unlike the day before when I was solo. :P

What the heck is the Five & Dime you ask? Well it is when slightly sleep-deprived folks get up and run a 5k at 8am and a 10k at 9:30am.

On Friday I opted to work from home, which allowed me to knock out my run during the day outside instead of early morning inside on the treadmill. #WIN
Since I have one hour for lunch, I knew I would be cutting it close to attempt my Gone For A Run Faster Than Boo 10k. But I was up for the challenge.

Well I completed the Gone For A Run Run Now Beer Later *virtual* 10k. I had planned on doing this BEFORE said half marathon, but my schedule had different plans! :P
According to the site, Gone For A Run wanted you to complete the race between September 25-27. Well I already had the ZOOMA Women's Half on the schedule for September 26, which left two possible dates. That is where work threw me a curveball leaving me with enough time to squeeze in a 5-miler on September 25. So the 27th it was....
