#FaceItFriday: Hot DAMN What A Week

Guys I very rarely pat myself on the back this much, but I am PROUD as FUCK of myself this week.

My February was FABULOUS! I was on point and lost 8.2 lbs which I was super excited about. I got some backlash for getting #Back2Basics. But you know what? I was enjoying too much fries and beer so I needed a break.

Workouts this past week:

Friday - 45 min strength training class + 5k Run
Saturday - 2400m swim
Sunday - Hyannis Half (#50)
Monday - 2250m swim
Tuesday - 30 min bike trainer + 30m Treadmill Class
Wednesday - 45 min strength training class + 1600m swim
Thursday - 60 min bike trainer + 45 min Flywheel class

Overall this past week I again focused on my daily habits app and the guidelines I set week 1:

  • Tracked every bite, lick and taste. Tracking streak is at 38 days (including today)!
  • Earned 5 blue dots on my WW app (which means I was within a certain number of pts of my daily points target)
  • Blogged every day (Today is Day 36)
  • Drank at least 100oz of water every day (Today is Day 38)
  • Logged at least 10k steps (Today is Day 26)

Here is how my tracker looked by Thursday night. I used ALL of my 35 weekly points. I ALSO dipped into my Fitpoints (26 left out of 58). I have unsynced my Fitbit so I am only going to be accruing Fitpoints from my manually entered activities.

I was super nervous walking into the meeting because I dipped into the extra points even thought I KNEW it was perfectly OKAY!

I broke my no booze streak after the half marathon and enjoyed my first splurge meal (pulled pork sandwich and fries)! All of it was worth EVERY SINGLE POINT!

I stepped on the scale and Tara uttered... YOU ARE DOWN 3 LBS!!!

SSAAYYY WWHHAAA?!?!?!?!

Total Lost: 67.6 (50 with WW)
Current weight: 167.4
Heaviest (recorded) weight: 235
Weight Watchers Start weight: 217.4
Goal weight: 155
Lowest weight: 150.2

This means I am down 11.2 lbs since re-joining WW 5 weeks ago.

I am now 12.4 lbs until I reach back to my goal weight.

Now this journey (this time around) isn't really about the number on the scale, but reclaiming the joy I had and the love of myself that I one had).

Unlike February, March is going to be more like the real world. I have many more social gatherings to navigate.

Which is why I set my pre-Boston Marathon goal (which is 6 weeks away) to 5 lbs lost!

My goal between now and 4/14 (which is Friday before the Boston Marathon) is to track every single day besides March 19, which is a day my friends and I like to do once a month. Hello wine! ;)

Here we go for keeping it realistic! Am I right?
