CambridgeSide's Old Navy Store Re-Opening... And Old Navy Gift Card Giveaway

On Saturday, the Old Navy at the CambridgeSide Galleria Mall hosted a special event to unveil the new changes they made to their store, which had been under construction. The event featured free tote bags (to first 100 customers), a DJ, free pizza from PizzaRev, discounts ranging from 30-50% off and an appearance by a Boston influencer... me! :) Somehow I was honored enough to be included in this cool event. 

As soon as I walked into the store I headed straight to the activewear section. 

Are we shocked? 

In celebration of the new look for the store, it was 50% off activewear and active accessories. 

The store managers were gracious enough to let me pick an outfit out to wear and take home. Aaahhhh, but the choices!

so many capris to choose from.

And sports bras. 

Can you guess which one I got? 

The tank was the easiest choice. 

I wanted to toss every pair of capris and every shirt in a bag and run, but I had to show restraint. But 50% off!!!!! 

I was so happy that my friend Susan stopped by and grabbed the "Your Pace Or Mine" shirt. 

Since I don't rest nearly enough, I had to pass on this shirt. ;) 

 But I did pick up a sweet pair of the neon yellow low socks that offered ventilation stripes on top.

The entire active line is great for indoor and outdoor workouts all winter long. Lots of breathable fabrics with layering options since you know you warm up as you work out or run.  

I turned to the mannequins to get some outfit ideas.  

Don't worry fellas Old Navy has great activewear for you as well. 

The event was from 1-3 and I was wicked happy when some familiar faces stopped by: Susan from Lifestyle of a Fashionista, my friend Kelly, my wife and my parents.

Not only was the new store and active line amazing, I even found some "adult" clothes aka work appropriate clothes to take home.  But I really need to make another trip back to Old Navy with Susan - because this girl needs style advice.
